Manual chrome plating machine designed for small to medium productionrequirements. The workpiece is manually moved left and right by the operator toreach different process tanks, while the lifting (up/down) motion is driven byan electric motor for stable and controlled immersion. This hybridmanual–semi-automatic system reduces equipment complexity, saves floor space,and offers an economical solution compared to fully automatic plating lines.

In briefly, chrome plating machine is divided into 5 big steps:pre-treatment, copper plating, Nickel plating, Chrome plating andpost-treatment.

Pre-treatment: Includes soak cleaning, electro-cleaning, acidactivation, etc.
Plating: Once the surface is properly activated, chromium is deposited throughelectroplating.
Post-treatment: Rinsing, neutralizing, drying, and inspection.

Machine Construction:

1. Frame:Made of Q235 80x80x3.0t square tube, with anti-corrosion primer plus outerpowder coating to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.

2. Tanks:PP material ( 15mm / 20mm/ 25mm thick) with reinforced structure for extrachemical resistance and mechanical strength.

3. Transport System:Equipped with 1SET transporters, upon and down by motor; left and right sidemoving by hand.

4. Air Agitation / Solution Circulation System:Ensures uniform electrolyte flow distribution in plating tanks for stableplating thickness and quality.

5. Heating System:Electric heating options are available depending on customer requirement,providing efficient temperature control and energy-saving performance.

6. Rinsing System:Multi-stage spray and immersion rinsing combination. Spray rinsing can beautomatically activated by workpiece lifting action via solenoid valves,reducing water consumption while improving rinsing quality.
