Inbriefly, hard chrome plating machine is divided into 3 bigsteps: pre-treatment, hard chrome plating and post-treatment.

Pre-treatment: Includes soak cleaning, electro-cleaning, acidactivation, and impurity removal to ensure good adhesion.
Plating: After proper surface activation, a thick hardchromium layer (high hardness and wear resistance) is deposited throughelectroplating.
Post-treatment: Includes rinsing, neutralizing, drying,surface inspection and thickness measurement.

Machine Construction:

1. Frame:Made of Q235 100x100x4.0t square tube, with anti-corrosion primer plus outerpowder coating for long-term durability under acid environment.

2. Tanks:PP or stainless steel (SUS304/316) material (15mm / 20mm / 25mm thick) withreinforced rib structure, providing high resistance against chromic acid, heatand mechanical stress.

3. Transport System:Equipped with PLC-controlled overhead transporter for automatic and preciseworkpiece movement, suitable for shafts, rollers, hydraulic rods and molds.

4. Air Agitation / Solution Circulation System:Uses compressed air agitation or pumps to ensure uniform electrolyte flow andproper deposition rate, improving hardness consistency and surface finishingquality.

5. Heating System:Steam or electric heating system available according to customer demand.Precise temperature control ensures stable hard chrome deposition rate andthickness accuracy.

6. Rinsing System:Multi-stage spray and immersion rinsing combination. Spray rinsing can beautomatically activated by workpiece lifting signal via solenoid valves,minimizing water usage while achieving superior cleaning efficiency.

7. Exhaust & Environmental System:Supports acid mist extraction hood and scrubber system for chromic acid fumetreatment, meeting environmental protection and operator safety requirements.
